Adore Mi Extensions

Can these extensions be dyed, colored, or bleached?

Yes, our hair takes color very well. Our hair is 100% virgin hair and has never been chemically exposed, because of this it can handle the coloring process very well. Please note that once you color or process the hair that it will no longer be virgin. We highly recommend going to a professional stylist for any of these services.

 

Can these extensions be dyed, colored, or bleached?

Yes, being that this is 100% virgin hair, you should treat it like your very own. The hair can be curled and straightened as you desire. Please be aware that the hair may lose some of it’s curl pattern with continuous straightening and blow drying. It is important to remember that the hair is no longer receiving any subsistence because of the detachment of cuticles, so if you constantly straighten or add heat you will relax the pattern just like you would with your natural hair. 

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For health and safety reasons, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If an item is damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

 

How long does the hair typically last?

The longevity of your product depends upon how well you take care of your extensions. With proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and last for up to 2 to 3 years. 

 

How many bundles are recommended?

(This can depend on style). 
  • For “14-18”- we recommend 2-3 bundles for a full install. 
  • For 20”-26” we recommend 3-4 bundles for a full look.
  • For 28”-32” we recommend 3-5 bundles for a full style.

How can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to health and safety reasons. We also do not process cancellations after the order has been placed.

  • If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at adoremi.collections@gmail.com immediately within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will not allow an exchange if the item has any signs of being worn.
