By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by adoremicollections as the responsible party for the personal information.
The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
Please note that local taxes, customs, and duties may occur.
All hair extensions are final sale, exchange only on unopened hair within two days of purchase.
Adore Mi Extensions are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hair stylist will result in improper application and the extensions will not work properly. Please use a certified professional to ensure that this product lasts and works properly. Adore Mi Extensions will not refund any orders for issues with improper installation.
Shipping & Returns
- RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to health/safety reasons. We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed.
- If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at adoremi.collections@gmail.com immediately within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will not allow an exchange if the item appears to be worn; hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the package, package tie removed or tampered with in any way.
- SHIPPING
- After you place an order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and verifying credit card authorization before your order can be shipped, at this time we will be preparing your order for shipment. Shipping will then take place 2-3 business days after your card has been processed successfully, as soon as we ship your order you will be updated via email with a tracking number, you can expect to receive your package in the mail 3-6 business days.
- When placing an order both billing & shipping addresses must correspond. We do not ship to P.O boxes. In the instance of a package being left at the post office after multiple delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays from
- the post office, natural disaster delays, or holidays delays. We strongly suggest waiting until you have received your order to book hair appointments.
